Mr. Mourrailles’ professional experience includes many different areas in the real estate industry. He is currently licensed in the state of California as a Broker with the Department of Real Estate. Since 1984 he has been involved in several ventures including commercial and residential financing, acquisition and development of real estate within and outside the United States. His knowledge of targeting investment property for acquisition, valuation and financing, as well as private equity investment products are assets to the organization, development and operation of the Partnership.

BS Degree from Baker University (Kansas) and a MS Degree from California State University, East Bay

Mr. Davis is a creative and imaginative professional with over thirty years of diversified executive management, project coordination, executive recruiting and sales experience. His background encompasses business development, finance, human resources, lease negotiations, facility expansion, sales, and real estate. He demonstrates strong analytical, organizational and planning skills. Mr. Davis holds a real estate license with the State of California.
